- How do I place an order?
Browse our products, select your desired size and color, and then click “Add to Cart.”
Proceed to your shopping cart to review and confirm the items and quantities.
Click “Checkout,” enter your shipping address, and select a payment method to complete your order.
- Can I cancel or modify an order?
One-time purchase items: Orders cannot be canceled or modified once confirmed.
Standard items: If your order has not yet shipped, you may contact Customer Service to request a cancellation or modification.
- What payment methods are accepted?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express).
Payments are processed through a secure, encrypted channel to ensure the safety of your account information.
- Shipping and Delivery
We offer shipping within the United States, utilizing major carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days; delivery times may be extended during holidays.
Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be provided so you can monitor your shipment’s progress.
- Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of the date you receive your items (items must remain in their original packaging and in unused condition).
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or was damaged during transit.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will process your refund as quickly as possible.
- Sizing Issues
We provide detailed size charts; please refer to our Size Guide before purchasing to select the appropriate size.
If the size does not fit, you may request an exchange in accordance with our Return Policy.
