    Items purchased may be returned within 30 days of receipt.

    Items must remain in their original condition, including all tags and packaging, and must be unused.

    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or was damaged during transit.

    Once the returned item has been inspected and confirmed to meet our return criteria, curacum.com will process the refund as soon as possible.

    Exchange Policy

    If the item you purchased is the wrong size or arrives damaged, you may request an exchange.

    Exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of receipt, and the item must be unused with its original packaging intact.

    Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective.

    Refund Process

    Submit a return request to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

    Ship the item, along with its original packaging, to the designated return address.

    Once curacum.com receives and inspects the returned item, we will process the refund within 7–10 business days.
    Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method; the actual time it takes for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
